Processing Time

Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 1–3 business days after you place your order. We use print-on-demand and drop-ship fulfillment, which means your item is made specifically for you once you order it.

Shipping Time

Once your order leaves our facility, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 2–5 business days. Some items may ship from warehouses that take closer to 10–15 days for delivery (though usually around 10 days).

Free Shipping

Orders over $75 ship free within the United States. For orders under $75, standard shipping rates apply at checkout.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time, but we’re working on it.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while or if you have questions about your delivery, contact us at info@cowpunkusa.com.

Shipping Delays

Most delays happen during the shipping phase and are out of our control. USPS, UPS, and other carriers occasionally experience delays due to weather, holidays, or high volume. We appreciate your patience.

No Local Pickup

All orders are shipped. We do not offer local pickup at this time.
