RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of your item’s delivery date.
Change of Mind Returns
If you ordered the wrong size, color, or style — or just changed your mind — you can return the item for store credit. You’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund (not store credit). Reach out to us at info@cowpunkusa.com within 30 days with photos of the issue, and we’ll get it sorted.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or style, return the original item for store credit and place a new order.
Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These will be clearly labeled at checkout.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact us at info@cowpunkusa.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide you with return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached if applicable).
4. Ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or store credit within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method
Change-of-mind returns receive store credit. Faulty or incorrect items receive a full refund to your original payment method.
